About
I’m obsessive about writing
I had my first newspaper byline published when I was 17. It was a travel insurance feature, published in the Money section of the Daily Mirror.
I've been writing about money - how to save it, how to invest it, how to earn it and how to spend it - ever since.
After graduating from Salford University, I started working for the IFA Association (a trade association for independent financial advisers) and by the age of 23 I was editor of IFA Magazine, a monthly mag with a readership of 20,000 IFAs.
Since then, I've stayed close to the financial advice world, writing for a number of trade magazines and adviser network publications.
I've also held writing, content and communications roles at companies including Octopus Group, Octopus Investments, JPMorgan Asset Management, Legg Mason, Henderson Global Investors, GAM and Kames Capital.
My work has appeared in the Financial Times, Money Observer, City AM, Professional Pensions, Financial Adviser, Money Marketing, Investment Adviser, Citywire and What Investment, to name just a few.
Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn, send an email, or give me a call on 07824 703101.
